Costco Seafood Boil

Ingredients

  • Costco crab legs (snow or king crab, ~3 lbs)
  • large shrimp
  • spicy Italian sausage, sliced
  • small potatoes, rinsed
  • 4 ears4 ears corn, husked and cut into pieces
  • Cajun Lady Seafood Boil seasoning
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • seafood butter sauce (homemade, to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1 Fill a large pot with water using a garden hose or sink and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the Cajun Lady Seafood Boil seasoning packet and stir to combine, adjusting the amount generously for strong flavor.
  2. 2 Once the water is boiling, add the rinsed potatoes and husked, cut corn. Stir to combine and let boil for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are nearly tender.
  3. 3 Add the sliced spicy Italian sausage and the shrimp to the pot. Stir and cook for about 7 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and float to the surface.
  4. 4 Add all of the crab legs to the pot, pushing them down into the liquid as much as possible. Cook for about 15 minutes until fully heated through and cooked.
  5. 5 Drain the seafood boil using a strainer basket or colander and spread onto a large tray or newspaper. Drizzle with homemade butter sauce, sprinkle generously with Old Bay seasoning, and serve immediately.
